Neal Stubblefield, P.E.

Senior Project Engineer

Mr. Stubblefield provides technical and business development support for OGT’s services including the company’s Energy Pond™ generation of the Advanced Integrated Wastewater Pond System (AIWPS®).  In addition to promoting AIWPS® and other algal-based sustainable technologies for municipal, food chain, and industrial wastewater treatment applications, he’s involved in facility siting and design along with working with local engineering partners to execute projects.  Formerly, he was national practice leader for collection & distribution for Jacobs Engineering Group’s North American Water Infrastructure and previous to that, vice president and pipelines director for Jordan, Jones & Goulding, a regional water and transportation consulting firm.  In addition to state and regional conferences, he’s written and presented on various facets of water infrastructure for AWWA, WEF, ASCE and NASTT.  He’s a professional engineer licensed in five states and is located in Atlanta, Georgia - a 1979 mechanical engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, he is also a long distance runner and avid cyclist.
